Redrock Canyon Grill Celebrates Holidays With Fundraiser for CISD

Nov. 21, 2016 (Southlake, TX) – Redrock Canyon Grill will celebrate its first holiday season in Southlake by donating 10 percent of food sales in December to the Carroll Education Foundation, which supports students and teachers in the Carroll Independent School District. The restaurant, known for its hacienda style and scratch-made cuisine, is located in the Kimball Oaks Center at 2221 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 360.

“We have been a part of the Southlake community since opening in April, and we want to show our commitment to this area and the things that our guests care about,” said Kelli Grimes, proprietor of the Southlake location. “Guests can just let their server know they’re participating, and we’ll give 10 percent of their food total to the Carroll Education Foundation, which works tirelessly to make this community better for all of us.”

Known for its open concept design where guests can watch meal preparation in a lively exhibition kitchen, the eatery offers comfort food made with the freshest ingredients. Redrock Canyon serves guest favorites like signature Wood-Fired Rotisserie Chicken, Famous Iron-Skillet Cornbread, Short Smoked North Coast Salmon and house-made Key Lime Pie.

In addition to dinner, Redrock offers Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m., with $3 mimosas and featured dishes including the Omelet, with peppers, onions, spicy sausage, and jack and cheddar cheese, and the Quiche, with bacon, spinach and Monterey jack cheese. Both are served with tomato salsa, salsa verde and herb-roasted potatoes.

The restaurant also offers a daily happy hour from 4-6 p.m. at the bar, with $5 classic cocktails and select glasses of wine, $2 domestic bottles and $4 beers on tap. Starters include Millionaire’s Shrimp, Deviled Eggs and à la carte John “B” Good Enchiladas, all for $6 each. Daily drink specials include select wine for $20 a bottle on Mondays and $5 martinis on Thursdays.


Redrock Canyon Grill is owned by Hal Smith Restaurants based in Norman, Okla. The company opened the first Redrock Canyon Grill in Oklahoma City in September 1999. Currently, there are five other Redrock Canyon Grill locations in Oklahoma and Kansas.
